Terms and conditions

1. Framework

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of digital products on gymzoneapp.com, operated by Hellen Christina Jesus e Silva, tax number 302354271, based at Rua Dr. Angelo Ferrari, n.º 3, 1.º Drt., Quinta dos Canários, 2500-113 Caldas da Rainha, Portugal ("Gym Zone", "we").

By completing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms as published at that moment.

2. Who can buy

Only people aged 18 or over with legal capacity to contract may buy. By purchasing you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

We sell digital content: training plans in PDF, exercise videos and supporting material, with the scope described for each plan on the pricing section.

No access to physical facilities, in-person classes, one-to-one coaching, fitness assessment or personalised nutrition advice is included.

Content may be updated over time. Updates to the plan you bought are provided at no extra cost.

4. Prices

Prices are in euros and include all applicable taxes. The price that applies is the one published at the time of the order.

There are no shipping costs, as the product is digital, and no additional charges beyond the price shown at checkout.

5. Ordering process

You choose a plan, are redirected to Stripe's secure payment environment, enter the required details and confirm the purchase. A summary with the product and total price is shown before confirmation.

The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. We then send an order confirmation by email with the access link.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We accept credit and debit cards. We do not receive, process or store card data.

Every purchase is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, monthly fees, auto-renewals, trials that convert into a payment or future charges of any kind.

7. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate, as set out in the delivery policy.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

The right of withdrawal and the refund policy form part of these terms.

9. Conformity guarantee

You are entitled to digital content that matches its description. If it does not conform, you may request that conformity be restored, a price reduction or termination of the contract, free of charge, by writing to support@gymzoneapp.com.

10. Licence

Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence with no time limit for private use. Full conditions are set out on the intellectual property page.

11. Health disclaimer

Exercise carries risk. Before starting, read the health disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

12. Limitation of liability

We do not guarantee specific weight-loss, muscle-gain or performance results, as they depend on individual factors.

Gym Zone's liability is limited in all cases to the amount actually paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Suspension of access

We may suspend access and refuse future orders in cases of unauthorised file sharing, resale, attempted fraud or manifestly abusive refund requests.

14. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when that purchase is completed.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

Portuguese law applies. Customers resident in another EU Member State also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of habitual residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile.
